Quick Responses

We at Verloop understand that your agents have busy days and that they shouldn’t have to spend time on simple, easily automatable interactions. So we came up with quick responses!

Enable your agents to answer repeated questions with ease, by setting up quick responses for common questions like – the location of the company, product ID etc.

Your agent will be able to use these quick responses by typing /command_name.

You thought setting these responses will be tough, no way –

  • Settings→ Create Quick Responses
  • Write a command name
  • Customize the message that will be sent as a response to a particular command
