This document describes the WhatsApp Business Platform and the prerequisites for getting a WhatsApp Business account.

Verloop.io provides products and services for WhatsApp Business. A business platform is not an app like a consumer or small business app but a programming language interface for connecting at scale.
Requirements
To begin using the WhatsApp Business Platform, the following items are necessary:
Phone Number:
To utilize the WhatsApp Business API, a valid phone number is required. This number must be able to receive international phone calls or SMS during the registration process, and you must be the owner of the number.
Meta Business Manager Account:
You can use an existing Meta Business Manager Account or create a new one during the Embedded Signup process. To find your Business ID, log in to Meta Business Manager and navigate to Business Settings. Your Business Manager ID will be displayed beneath the business name.
WhatsApp Business Compliance:
Your business must not violate the guidelines to ensure compliance with the WhatsApp Business Policy. If you are conducting any discussions, offers, or sales of goods or services, including sending messages related to such offers or sales, you must comply with the Commerce Policy as well.
