With prepaid campaigns, you can manage your outreach campaigns and ensure seamless communication with your customers on WhatsApp.

Adding Credit to Your Account:
Verloop.io’s platform now allows you to add credits to your accounts, which enables us to charge for campaigns and update the credit balance accordingly.
By having credits on your account, we can efficiently check if your balance is sufficient before sending out a campaign.
In case of insufficient credit, we will promptly notify the concerned person to take appropriate action.

Varied Rates by Market: Rates for business-initiated and user-initiated conversations may vary depending on the market, which is determined by the country or region. Charges for conversations are based on the country code of the user (recipient).
Adding Tokens/Credit to Your Account:
You can add tokens or credit to a client account from the backend. These tokens or credits are considered a prepaid option.
Checking Your Balance:
You can easily check your account balance through the billing portal. The portal will display the current credit balance of your account.
Triggering Campaigns and Billing Process:
Initiating an Outreach: When you trigger an outreach on the user interface (UI), Verloop.io informs its internal service to send the message templates to your customers.
Campaign Trigger Request: Before the service, we send an outreach trigger request to the billing API, specifying how many campaigns are set to be triggered.
Verifying Campaign Quota: The billing API checks how many campaigns have already been sent by your client ID against your available credit.
- If the billing API confirms that you have sufficient credit for the campaigns, we proceed to send the request, and your campaigns are triggered successfully.
- If the billing API indicates that you don’t have enough credit for the campaigns, we refrain from sending the request, and the campaigns will not be triggered at that time.
- If your account has insufficient credit for a campaign, we will flag the request, but you will still be able to send campaigns. This gives you the opportunity to manage your credit and campaigns effectively.
