We seek to improve the conversation flow-building process by enabling administrators to assess and engage with bot recipes directly on the WhatsApp platform, enhancing the overall experience.
How to Test Recipe on WhatsApp?
1. After you are done building your recipe on our no-code bot builder platform. Click on the preview button above as shown in the below screenshot.
Previously, when you clicked on the preview button, it will automatically show you the webchat conversation flow. Now you will see a drop down consisting of options:
- WhatsApp: For previewing the conversation flow over the WhatsApp chat interface.

Click on WhatsApp to preview/test the conversation flow.
2. You will be prompted with a pop-up “Test on WhatsApp” window.

Note: The tester number and name will automatically be saved for next time. You can also always add other numbers.
You can also add another WhatsApp number for testing.
Once you have added all the details, click on Test bot. This will check if the number can be added for testing.
1. If false – an error message is shown against the field, causing the error and a reason
