Login to Verloop.io

New user login 

If you are using the Verloop.io platform for the first time, reach out to your company’s Verloop.io Admin and ask them to invite you to the account. You will then receive a welcome email from noreply@verloop.io asking you to set your login credentials. Click on the action button in the email and set your password.

Sign In

1. Visit your account login page: https://accountname.verloop.io

2. Enter your email address and password to log in to your Verloop.io account. 

2a. You can also sign in to your account with Google or via Single Sign-On (SSO). 

Forgot password

Users should be able to reset their password if they have forgotten the password or cannot log in to their account.

1. Forgot Password button will help users to receive a password reset link to the registered email id with Verloop.io.

2. Users cannot enter a non-registered email id.

3. After resetting the password, the user is redirected to the login page.

Reset password

If the user’s password has been compromised or if they have forgotten their password, they will be redirected to a page to reset their password.

1. Users will need to fill in two input fields
   1. New password field- enter the new password you want to set.
   2. Confirm password field- reenter the above-mentioned password for confirmation.

2. Users can see the password strength as they enter the new password. Password strength is based on the below-mentioned conditions.
   1. Password should be a minimum length of 8 characters. 
   2. Contain at least one character from the following four character classes:
      1. At least one Lowercase alphabet (a-z)
      2. At least one Uppercase alphabet (A-Z)
      3. At least one numeric entry (0-9)
      4. At least one special character (e.g., !@#$%^&*()_+|~-=\`{}[]:”;'<>?,./)

3. If the requirement fails, the new password is rejected and the user will have to enter a new password afresh.

Note: The password reset link expires automatically in 48 hrs. Hence, users will have to generate a fresh link using the “forgot password” option if the 48-hour window has passed.
