Storing passwords
You brainstormed long and hard to come up with a unique password, but you’re still worried about it being discovered by someone. Worry no more. In Verloop.io, your password is never stored in plain text, they are salted and then hashed before it even gets stored. So you can be assured of complete protection from every direction.
Encryption
We use the certified industry standards- HTTPS/SS- and thus, all of the communication with Verloop.io is encrypted.
The Payment Information
We understand your concern when it comes to matters involving money and payments. At Verloop.io, we make sure that your payment information isn’t directly stored, even on our servers. This ensures the security of your data while assuring your customers of the same.
Audit Trail
Admins can keep track of all the activities performed by other admins or managers in your Verloop.io dashboard.
An audit trail is a security-relevant chronological record, set of records, and/or destination and source of records that provide documentary evidence of the sequence of activities that have affected at any time a specific operation, procedure, event, or device.
You can download the audit trail in an excel sheet while filtering the time period of data required.
Single Sign On
This authentication process allows you to automatically grant access to multiple system services and apps by once logging in to the system. Single sign-on is typically used in enterprise environments by providing employees single access to the services and applications rather than creating and managing separate credentials for each service.
IP Whitelisting
Admins can control who can access business systems and resources on Verloop.io. Create a list of trusted IP addresses, assigning them to a user or group of users as a unique identifier, and permitting the IP address on the target server only.
PII Masking
This feature gives you the ability to select variables as PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and provide a visible character length up to which variable response would be visible and the rest of it would be masked, where the data is shown, including master reports.
Visible character length could be a positive number, negative number or zero (default).
